Returns & Order Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from our store. Please note the following:

Items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size*. Please always refer to the size table for accurate product measurements. Minor deviations of up to 0.5″ (1.25 cm) may apply.
If your order arrives damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, you may need to cover reshipping costs.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you and help investigate the issue. Please note that we cannot cover packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
