We want you to feel confident when ordering from our store. Please note the following:

• Items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size*. Please always refer to the size table for accurate product measurements. Minor deviations of up to 0.5″ (1.25 cm) may apply.
• If your order arrives damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
• If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, you may need to cover reshipping costs.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you and help investigate the issue. Please note that we cannot cover packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
